Why Dutch-speaking jobs in Morocco?

Morocco has a strong call and service sector that works for European customers. International companies there are looking for Dutch-speaking staff for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Your language is an asset.

Which roles are there?

• Customer service: supporting customers by phone, e-mail and chat with questions about orders, deliveries or services.
• Technical support: helping customers step by step with technical questions or problems, for example with internet, TV and telephony.
• Logistics projects: following up shipments, deliveries and files for international logistics companies.

On site or from home?

Some vacancies are 100% remote, others start on site in Rabat or Casablanca and later become remote. This is always stated in the vacancy. Please note: for some remote jobs you must live in Morocco.

Contract and conditions
