01Who are we and when do these terms apply?

JobsBladi (jobsbladi.com) is a recruitment agency that connects Dutch-speaking candidates with employers in Morocco. These terms and conditions apply to all our services, offers and agreements, unless agreed otherwise in writing. By using our services, you agree to them.

02Our services

We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers. In practice:

• For candidates: access to vacancies for Dutch-speaking profiles, screening of your CV, a first conversation, introduction to employers and guidance during and after the application process.
• For employers: searching for and pre-selecting Dutch-speaking candidates on language level, experience and motivation, and presenting a shortlist.

Our service is a best-efforts obligation. We aim for a good match, but cannot guarantee a hiring, a result or a certain number of candidates.

03Costs

For candidates, our service is free. We never ask for a fee to apply or to be hired. For employers, rates and payment terms are agreed in advance in a quote or agreement.

04Obligations of candidates

• You provide correct, complete and up-to-date information, including in your CV.
• You do not use our services for unlawful purposes and do not send false or misleading data.
• You let us know when you accept or decline an offer, so that we can follow up your file correctly.

05Obligations of employers

• You give a clear and accurate picture of the vacancy, the pay and the working conditions.
• You treat candidates’ data confidentially, use it only for the vacancy for which they were introduced, and comply with applicable legislation, including data protection and non-discrimination.
• You do not bypass JobsBladi to hire a candidate who was introduced by us. Any fee upon hiring is set in advance in the quote or agreement.

06Role of JobsBladi in a hiring

The employment contract is concluded exclusively between the candidate and the employer. JobsBladi is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for its content, for the pay or for the employer’s compliance with labour and social legislation. Conditions such as pay, working hours, contract type and residence rules differ per employer and are discussed with you before you decide.

07Confidentiality and privacy

We treat all information you entrust to us with care and only share it as described in our privacy policy. Your CV is only shared with an employer after you agree to it.

08Liability

We do our best to provide correct and up-to-date information, but we are not liable for decisions of employers or candidates, for incorrect information provided to us by third parties, or for indirect damage such as loss of income or missed opportunities. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

09Intellectual property

All texts, logos, images and the design of this website are the property of JobsBladi or of the rights holders, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies is the version that is online at the time you use our services. The date at the top shows the latest update.

11Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where JobsBladi is established. Disputes are first resolved by mutual agreement. If that fails, the courts of the place where JobsBladi is established have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions in favour of consumers.
