Your data
Privacy Policy
We handle your personal data with care. Here you can read which data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

01Who is responsible for your data?
The controller responsible for processing your personal data on this website is JobsBladi, the organisation behind jobsbladi.com. You can reach us via the contact form on this website.
This privacy policy has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
02Which data do we collect?
We only process data that you share with us yourself or that is technically necessary to make the website work:
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), whether you are a candidate or an employer, and your message.
- Application form for a vacancy and the CV form (unsolicited application): your full name, e-mail address, telephone number, the vacancy you are applying for, your motivation and your CV (pdf, doc or docx), with all the information it contains. Through the CV form, your CV is forwarded to us by e-mail and is not stored on the website.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser data and time of visit, which our server automatically keeps in log files.
- Messages you send us by e-mail or via the contact form, and our replies.
We do not ask you to share sensitive data (such as health, religion or ethnic origin). If they are nevertheless in your CV, we do not use them for selection purposes.
03Why do we use your data?
- To answer your message (contact form). Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering questions.
- To assess your application and guide you: holding a first conversation, screening your profile and following you up after hiring. Legal basis: measures taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent.
- To introduce you to employers that match your profile. Legal basis: your explicit consent. We only share your CV with an employer after you agree to it.
- To serve employers: processing contact person data to discuss vacancies and follow up on a collaboration. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
- To secure and run the website (log files, spam filter). Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
- To comply with legal obligations (for example bookkeeping).
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing. Every selection is made by a person.
04Who do we share your data with?
- Employers (call centres and companies in Morocco): only if you give permission to be introduced to them.
- Service providers who help us run the website and e-mail, such as our hosting provider and our e-mail provider. They process data only on our behalf.
- Authorities or agencies when the law requires it.
We never sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
05Transfer outside the European Economic Area
Because we introduce candidates to employers in Morocco, your data may go to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We only do this with your explicit consent and limit the shared data to what is needed for the application. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
06How long do we keep your data?
- Messages via the contact form: 12 months after our last communication.
- Applications and CVs: 12 months after your application, unless you give us permission to keep your profile longer for future vacancies. In case of hiring, we only keep what is needed for follow-up.
- Technical log files: a maximum of 90 days.
After that, your data is deleted or anonymised.
07How do we protect your data?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures: access limited to the people who need it, secure connections, regular updates and spam filters on our forms. No method is completely risk-free; in the event of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.
08What rights do you have?
You have the right to:
- access your data and request a copy of it;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- have processing restricted or object to it;
- transfer your data to another party;
- withdraw your consent, without this making earlier processing unlawful.
To exercise your rights, contact us via the contact form. We reply within one month. Not satisfied? Then you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands).
09Cookies
This website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work properly, for example for securing forms. We currently do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we introduce this later, we will first ask for your consent and update this policy. You can find more details in our cookie policy.
10Changes
We may change this privacy policy, for example with new features or legislation. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. For important changes, we will let you know.
